Greater Blue-eared Starling (Lamprotornis chalybaeus)

The starlings in Africa are something else! Many of them have beautiful plumages and this Greater Blue-eared Starling (Lamprotornis chalybaeus) is no exception! This photograph was taken in Ethiopia, near the Jemma gorge.
