Soemmerring’s Gazelle (Nanger soemmerringii)

I took this photo of the ‘hard to spell correctly’ Soemmerring’s Gazelle (Nanger soemmerringii) when I travelled around Ethiopia. This pretty gazelle, with distinctive facial markings, is found only in the ‘horn of Africa’ and is classified as vulnerable due to hunting and degradation of it’s environment.
